Overview: TalentLink Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and team members to identify and hire the best candidates for various positions within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Utilize various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Review and analyze resumes and applications to determine the most qualified candidates for each role.
• Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
• Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and promoting employer branding.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
