Position: Instructional Designer/Technologist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer/Technologist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer/Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and engaging learning experiences for our organization. You will play a crucial role in creating effective and efficient training programs that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive training materials
• Develop instructional materials such as e-learning courses, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience
• Design and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve training programs
• Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure timely delivery of training materials
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement and maintain learning management systems and other learning technologies
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of external vendors for training programs, as needed
• Ensure all training materials are compliant with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators on instructional design best practices and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer/Technologist in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
• Experience with learning management systems and other learning technologies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to design effective training programs
• Knowledge of graphic design, video production, and animation is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
