Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and avoid stockouts
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplier information
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of supply chain processes with company goals
• Identify and address supply chain issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Analyze data and trends to forecast demand and make strategic purchasing decisions
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or issues
• Conduct supplier audits and evaluate performance to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage and maintain supply chain systems and processes, including inventory management software and databases
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make informed decisions and improve supply chain operations
• Train and mentor junior supply chain team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role
• Proven experience in managing supply chain processes and systems
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in data analysis and forecasting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of supply chain software and databases
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
