Civic Masters Corp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Replication Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Data Replication Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data replication processes within our organization. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about data management and has a strong understanding of project coordination and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the replication of data from various sources to designated target systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot data replication processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to data replication
• Develop and maintain documentation for data replication processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data flow diagrams
• Conduct regular audits to assess the quality and integrity of replicated data
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data replication processes
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on the status of data replication projects and address any concerns or questions
• Train and mentor junior team members on data replication processes and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data replication technologies and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and project coordination
• Strong understanding of data replication processes and technologies, such as ETL, SQL, and data warehousing
• Experience with data quality assurance and auditing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus
