Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fruit Production Technician to join our team. As a Fruit Production Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to fruit production, including planting, pruning, harvesting, and maintaining the health and quality of our fruit trees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic to help us continue to grow and provide top-quality fruits to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant, prune, and maintain fruit trees according to company standards and best practices
Monitor and manage the health and growth of fruit trees, including applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed
Harvest fruits at the optimal time and ensure proper handling and storage to maintain quality
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition
Keep accurate records of production processes and update inventory levels
Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to increase production efficiency and quality
Adhere to all safety and quality standards set by the company

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in agriculture or related field is preferred
Proven experience in fruit production or a related field
Strong knowledge of different types of fruit trees, their growth cycles, and proper care techniques
Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety and quality standards
Willingness to work long and flexible hours during peak production seasons
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
