We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a Curriculum Developer at IMU, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the curriculum for our various healthcare programs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, faculty, and other stakeholders to define program learning outcomes and design the curriculum accordingly.
• Conduct extensive research on current trends and best practices in healthcare education to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and learning activities, in alignment with the program learning outcomes.
• Use instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
• Implement assessment strategies to measure student learning and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the assessment and evaluation team to analyze data and make recommendations for curriculum enhancements.
• Participate in curriculum review committees and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
• Stay updated on advancements in technology and instructional methodologies to enhance the delivery of the curriculum.
• Train and support faculty in the implementation of the curriculum and use of instructional technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions and student affairs, to ensure a seamless integration of the curriculum with other aspects of the student experience.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in the healthcare field.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into practical and effective curriculum materials.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing assessment strategies.
• Proficiency in using instructional technologies and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
