Position: Program Development Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to identify program goals, develop strategies, and oversee the execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, project management, and a passion for creating positive impact through effective program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of new programs to support the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program objectives, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to inform program design and decision-making
• Develop program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program success
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including partners and funders
• Manage a team of program coordinators and other staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate program progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing programs from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of program evaluation, including data collection and analysis methods
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve desired outcomes
