Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various departments, including flight operations, ground operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless airline operations.
• Monitor flight schedules and make adjustments as needed to maintain on-time departures and arrivals.
• Communicate with pilots, flight attendants, and ground staff to ensure all necessary resources are in place for each flight.
• Allocate and manage resources, including aircraft, crew, and ground staff, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise during flights, such as delays, cancellations, or diversions.
• Liaise with airport authorities and external agencies to ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
• Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight schedules to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight operations, including flight logs and crew schedules.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure all aircraft are well-maintained and in compliance with all safety standards.
• Stay informed of industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airline operations, preferably in a coordination role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of airline operations and industry regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and flight operations software.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
