Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various projects
Create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of mediums including print and digital media
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our designs are fresh and innovative
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives
Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to produce final designs
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive design across all projects
Ensure all designs are in line with brand standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work
Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus
Knowledge of print production processes and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
