Job Summary: Shop Savvy Outlets is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform regular cash audits.
• Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
