Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Water and Soil Remediation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and implementing remediation projects to address water and soil contamination. You will work closely with clients, government agencies, and our team of experts to ensure that all remediation projects are completed successfully and in compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of contamination and develop remediation plans.
• Design and implement remediation systems, including soil vapor extraction, air sparging, pump and treat, and bioremediation.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, including feasibility studies, remedial action plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor and evaluate remediation progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.
• Stay current with industry developments and incorporate new technologies and techniques into remediation projects.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water and soil remediation, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and groundwater modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, as needed.
