Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Congo Polytechnic College's academic programs, curriculum, and policies.
Collaborate with academic departments to design and implement new programs, courses, and initiatives that align with the mission and vision of Congo Polytechnic College.
Manage the development and review process for all academic programs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis and feedback from faculty, students, and industry partners.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training of faculty members, ensuring that they have the necessary qualifications and expertise to deliver high-quality instruction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all resources, including technology, facilities, and materials, are available and properly utilized to support academic programs.
Develop and manage the academic program budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenditures.
Collaborate with academic advisors to support student retention and success, ensuring that students receive timely and accurate information about program requirements, policies, and procedures.
Maintain relationships with external partners, including industry professionals, government agencies, and accreditation bodies, to ensure that our programs are relevant and meet industry standards.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to academic program management, and make recommendations for improvements to our programs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Doctorate degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management or a related field, preferably in a higher education setting.
Strong understanding of academic program development, curriculum design, and assessment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of accreditation standards and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
