Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain process. This includes overseeing the flow of goods and materials from the initial purchase to the final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient movement of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained
• Plan and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and report any issues or delays to management
• Oversee the transportation of goods, including negotiating transportation rates and schedules
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods
• Manage and resolve any supply chain related issues or disputes with suppliers or vendors
• Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure supply chain processes align with overall company goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
