About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production line, ensuring that all production targets are met and that the quality of our products meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production line workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Train new employees on production line procedures and ensure that all team members are following safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production output, downtime, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for their professional development.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the production line equipment and work area, ensuring that they meet safety standards.
• Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and ensure the timely delivery of products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology to improve processes and optimize production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of production line operations and procedures, including quality control and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary.
