Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the commercial real estate market
Utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate the financial feasibility of potential investments and develop pro forma cash flow projections
Analyze market trends, demographics, and economic data to assess the potential risks and opportunities of proposed investments
Prepare investment memos and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to perform due diligence on potential investments, including property inspections, lease reviews, and financial analysis
Monitor and track the performance of existing investments, identifying opportunities for value creation and potential risks
Stay updated on industry news and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio optimization
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals to stay informed of market conditions and potential investment opportunities
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports for existing investments
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of investment strategies and goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, investment analysis, or related field
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Argus and/or other real estate financial software is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Passion for the commercial real estate industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field
