Job Description: Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership and Development Specialist to join our team. • Create and manage leadership development plans for employees at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans.
• Mentor and coach emerging leaders to help them reach their full potential.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of leadership principles and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
