About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards and our customers receive efficient and timely support.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough diagnoses of equipment and systems to identify issues and determine the best course of action for repair
• Repair and replace defective or damaged parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Test and troubleshoot equipment after repairs to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory of parts and supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions for improved efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering technical questions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and expand technical knowledge

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
