Key Responsibilities:

Hosting your own radio show and delivering quality content to our audience
Creating and delivering entertaining and informative content, such as music selection, news updates, and interviews
Maintaining the station's brand and format, while keeping up with industry trends and audience preferences
Engaging with listeners through phone calls, social media, and in-person appearances at events
Collaborating with the programming team to plan and execute on-air promotions and contests
Conducting interviews with guests, including celebrities, musicians, and local personalities
Recording and editing audio segments for on-air use
Maintaining a professional and entertaining on-air presence at all times
Attending station events, community events, and concerts as a representative of the station
Assisting with production duties, such as writing and recording commercials and promos
Staying updated on current events and pop culture to provide relevant and timely content
Following FCC regulations and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, broadcasting, or a related field (preferred)
Previous on-air experience or training in radio broadcasting (a plus)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with listeners on-air and in person
A charismatic and entertaining on-air presence
Excellent knowledge of music, pop culture, and current events
Proficient in audio editing software and recording equipment
Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to relocate if necessary
