We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team.

Job Overview: As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for designing and developing educational materials, courses, and resources that meet the needs of our diverse student population. You will work closely with subject matter experts, teachers, and other team members to ensure that our products are aligned with curriculum standards and instructional best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop instructional materials, course content, and learning activities that are interactive, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize various instructional design models and methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, graphics, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Design and develop assessments to measure learning outcomes and provide feedback to learners.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in instructional design and technology to continuously improve our products.
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from teachers and students to improve the effectiveness of our materials.
• Provide support and training to teachers and other stakeholders on the use of our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices.
• Proficient in using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Solid project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with K-12 education is a plus.
