About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum plans for various educational programs. You will work closely with our team of educators and instructional designers to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review curriculum plans for various educational programs, incorporating best practices and innovative teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with educators and instructional designers to ensure that curriculum meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps and areas of improvement in existing curriculum.
• Design and implement effective assessments to measure student learning and provide feedback to educators.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends, standards, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement of curriculum.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and administrators, to gather feedback and incorporate it into the curriculum development process.
• Train and support educators in the implementation of curriculum plans.
• Conduct regular evaluations and make necessary revisions to curriculum plans to ensure their effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain curriculum documents, including lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and learning theories.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using technology and educational software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
