Job Overview: As an Airport Shuttle Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from the airport in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey for them. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a company-owned shuttle bus to pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist passengers with their luggage and ensure it is safely loaded and unloaded from the shuttle.
• Follow a designated route and schedule to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety laws while operating the shuttle.
• Keep the shuttle clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Collect and process payment from passengers, issue receipts and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with dispatch and fellow shuttle operators to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for passengers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in driving passenger vehicles, preferably in a shuttle or taxi service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic laws.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good physical fitness, as the job may involve loading and unloading luggage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and routes accurately.
