Position: Acting Coach

Location: Rome, Italy

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with actors of all levels, from beginners to experienced professionals
• Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each student
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance on acting techniques, character development, script analysis, and other essential skills
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students to explore and express themselves creatively
• Collaborate with other coaches and industry professionals to continuously improve and enhance our curriculum
• Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and techniques, and incorporate them into coaching methods
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge
• Assist with auditions, rehearsals, and productions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in acting, directing, and/or teaching
• Proven track record of coaching successful actors and helping them achieve their goals
• Strong understanding of various acting styles and techniques, including method acting, Meisner, and Stanislavski
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide constructive criticism in a positive and supportive manner
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring actors
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
