Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Datacenter Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing datacenter operations, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.As the Datacenter Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our datacenter, ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various teams, including IT, facilities, and security, to ensure the overall success of our datacenter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the datacenter, including server maintenance, network operations, and data security.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for datacenter operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure smooth operation of datacenter equipment.
• Monitor and maintain datacenter systems, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Ensure compliance with data security policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks within the datacenter.
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Provide regular reports on datacenter performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures for the datacenter.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in datacenter operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Experience in managing datacenter budgets and resources.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of data security principles and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
