Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough diagnostics on equipment to identify issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functioning and make any necessary adjustments.
Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and any other relevant information.
Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status and address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and repair techniques through training and self-study.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment repair, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems and the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Proficient in using various tools and equipment for repairs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours and possibly travel to customer locations for repairs.
