Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and upgrades to ensure the optimal functioning of the infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement new IT infrastructure projects
• Identify and recommend solutions to improve the performance and stability of the infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of all infrastructure processes, procedures, and configurations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with configuration management tools, such as Ansible or Puppet
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), are a plus.
