Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment such as lithography tools, etchers, and deposition systems
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any process issues
• Keep accurate records of all production processes and data
• Participate in process improvement projects to increase efficiency and yield
• Adhere to quality control standards and procedures to ensure products meet specifications
• Train and mentor new technicians as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in semiconductor manufacturing technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a semiconductor fabrication role
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
• Experience with lithography, etching, and deposition techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
