About the Role: Tianjin Polytechnic College is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to support the learning and development of our students. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring that the curriculum is effectively covered.
• Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group instruction.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Supervise students during class, breaks, and other school activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in educational software.
