Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs and initiatives. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our education programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and resource development
• Collaborate with teachers and other education professionals to ensure programs align with educational standards and meet the needs of students
• Plan and coordinate logistics for education programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and securing necessary resources
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and staff to assist with program delivery
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, and make recommendations for improvements
• Maintain accurate records and data related to program participation, outcomes, and impact
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and community partners, to provide updates and gather feedback
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and businesses to support education initiatives and promote collaboration
• Stay informed about current educational trends and best practices, and incorporate them into program development and delivery
• Assist with marketing and promoting education programs to increase participation and reach a broader audience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a related role
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations, including students of different ages and backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community
