Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial robots to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Identify and diagnose technical issues with robots and develop effective solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, such as sensors, motors, and controllers, using specialized tools and equipment.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement modifications and upgrades to existing robots to improve performance and productivity.
Conduct testing and calibration of robots to ensure accuracy and precision in their movements and tasks.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance and repair activities, including logs, reports, and records.
Train other technicians and production staff on the operation and maintenance of industrial robots.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in robotics and automation technology and implement best practices to optimize our processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Robotics Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
Extensive knowledge of industrial robots, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment for repairing and maintaining robots.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs.
A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
