Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fund-raising strategies to meet the financial goals of the organization.
Identify and cultivate potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Build and maintain relationships with donors to ensure ongoing support and engagement.
Develop and maintain a donor database to track contributions and communication with donors.
Plan and execute fund-raising events, campaigns, and initiatives to generate donations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
Research and identify potential grant opportunities and prepare grant proposals.
Monitor and report on fund-raising progress and results to the executive team and board of directors.
Develop and manage the fund-raising budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with fund-raising trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund-raising, preferably in a non-profit organization.
Proven track record of successfully raising funds from various sources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of fund-raising principles, techniques, and best practices.
Experience with donor databases and fundraising software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
