Position: Editorial Stylist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Editorial Stylist to join our team. As an Editorial Stylist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing fashion and beauty looks for various editorial shoots and projects. You will work closely with photographers, models, and creative directors to bring their vision to life and create visually stunning images.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with photographers, models, and creative directors to develop and execute fashion and beauty looks for editorial shoots
• Research and stay updated on the latest fashion and beauty trends, and incorporate them into your styling work
• Create mood boards and storyboards to present your ideas and concepts for each shoot
• Source and select clothing, accessories, and props for each shoot, keeping in mind the desired aesthetic
• Ensure that all styling elements are cohesive and align with the overall vision of the shoot
• Conduct fittings and make necessary alterations to garments to ensure a perfect fit on the models
• Style and dress models on set, paying attention to every detail to ensure a flawless look
• Work closely with hair and makeup artists to create a cohesive and complementary look
• Provide guidance and direction to the models to achieve the desired poses and expressions
• Collaborate with the post-production team to select and edit the final images for publication
• Attend fashion shows and events to stay updated on the latest trends and network with industry professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with designers, brands, and other industry contacts to secure clothing and accessories for shoots

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, styling, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Editorial Stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• In-depth knowledge of fashion and beauty trends, both past and present
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in styling for both men and women, and across different styles and eras
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of garment construction and ability to conduct fittings and make alterations
• Flexibility to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as per shoot requirements
• Passion for fashion and creativity, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
