Realty Plus Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, marketing properties, and negotiating deals.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and provide clients with accurate information
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters and answer any questions they may have
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing them with detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and help them find the perfect property
• Create and maintain a database of properties and clients for future business opportunities
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers and renters
• Negotiate deals between buyers/sellers and landlords/tenants to ensure a successful transaction for all parties involved
• Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to better assist clients and provide them with valuable advice
• Collaborate with other real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions
• Manage the closing process and ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate and completed on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have a valid real estate license in CA
