Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Education Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with schools, educators, and community leaders to increase awareness and participation in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage schools, educators, and community leaders in our educational programs
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, and community leaders through regular communication and in-person meetings
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and promotional campaigns to increase program participation
• Attend educational conferences, fairs, and other events to showcase our programs and engage with potential partners
• Conduct presentations and workshops to educate schools, educators, and community leaders about our programs and their benefits
• Collaborate with the program team to collect feedback from schools, educators, and community leaders and use it to improve our programs
• Track and analyze outreach efforts to measure their effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future outreach strategies
• Stay up-to-date with education trends, policies, and initiatives to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities
• Represent our organization at community meetings and events to increase visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in education outreach, community engagement, or marketing
• Strong knowledge of the education landscape, including schools, educators, and community organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful outreach strategies
• Experience in creating marketing materials and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for promoting high-quality education and commitment to our organization's mission
