Key Responsibilities:

Safely and effectively operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations
Load and unload packages according to company procedures
Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition
Use GPS and other navigation tools to plan delivery routes and optimize time management
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures and updating delivery status
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to management
Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including sorting and organizing packages for delivery

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred, but not required
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with GPS and other navigation tools
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
