Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remediation Services Supervisor to join our team. As a Remediation Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our remediation services department. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the remediation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the remediation services department, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects
• Manage a team of remediation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department
• Monitor and maintain budgetary goals for the department
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of projects and resources
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the remediation process
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, incorporating them into department procedures as needed
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all projects
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the environmental remediation industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong knowledge of remediation processes, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
