Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various educational programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs, including curriculum, resources, and training materials.
• Coordinate with teachers, schools, and community partners to ensure successful program implementation.
• Collaborate with the education team to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
• Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and staff.
• Communicate program updates, changes, and progress to stakeholders, including schools, parents, and community partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other organizations to expand program reach and impact.
• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and other activities to support program goals.
• Monitor and track program data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on current education trends and best practices to inform program development and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Program Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an education setting.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and ability to build relationships with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
