Position: Cosmetics Sales Associate

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Cosmetics Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our range of cosmetics products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge
• Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and visually appealing
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Attend product training sessions and participate in team meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry is preferred
• Passion for makeup and skincare products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak hours
• Basic math and computer skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• Bilingualism is an asset
