We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for managing and leasing commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential tenants and develop relationships with businesses in the local market
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to determine competitive rental rates
• Market and advertise available properties to attract potential tenants
• Conduct property showings and tours to prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all terms and conditions are met
• Coordinate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant requirements
• Facilitate lease renewals and handle any tenant concerns or issues
• Create and maintain accurate leasing reports and records
• Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with other leasing agents and brokers to share leads and expand business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• 5 of experience in commercial real estate, specifically in leasing
• Some certification
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and dynamics
• Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
