Job Description: Commute Companions is seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from designated locations. You will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with loading and unloading their belongings.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers by following safety protocols and performing regular vehicle maintenance checks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering passengers' questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a shuttle or commercial driver.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
