Job Title: Principal SAP Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal SAP Analyst to join our team. As the Principal SAP Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of SAP systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of SAP applications, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP applications, providing technical guidance and support to the development team and end-users
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP systems, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve system functionality and performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, test plans, and user manuals
• Provide training and support to end-users on new and existing SAP functionalities and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP applications, working closely with the development team and third-party vendors
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and recommend their implementation for improved system performance and functionality
• Conduct system audits and performance reviews to identify potential areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Mentor and coach junior SAP analysts, providing technical guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a SAP Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role
• Strong expertise in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP
• Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and Fiori is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with other applications and systems
• Proven experience in system design, development, and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• SAP certification is a plus
