Job Title: Production Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Production Designer to join our team. As a Production Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and production of various projects, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with our brand image. You will work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life and ensure that our products are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team and project managers to develop design concepts for various projects, including but not limited to packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Create detailed layouts, graphics, and illustrations using industry-standard design software.
• Develop and maintain style guides and design templates to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and incorporate them into our projects.
• Manage the design process from concept to final production, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure the highest quality of print and production.
• Review and approve production proofs to ensure accuracy and quality control.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Designer or a similar role.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in print production and pre-press processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects is required.
