You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations to improve our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation related to business processes and procedures.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
• Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience in project management and process improvement is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
