Position: International Trade Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Trade Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating international trade transactions, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations, and providing support to our global sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade, excellent communication skills, and a passion for global business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between our company and international clients, suppliers, and distributors
• Coordinate and execute international trade transactions, including import and export of goods
• Ensure compliance with all international trade laws and regulations, including customs requirements, export controls, and trade sanctions
• Provide support to our global sales team by assisting with international sales contracts, pricing, and logistics
• Communicate with international partners to resolve any trade-related issues or concerns
• Monitor and analyze international trade trends and regulations to inform business decisions
• Maintain accurate and organized trade-related records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of international trade transactions
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in international trade policies
• Participate in trade shows and other events to promote our company's international trade capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in international trade coordination or a similar role
• Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with trade management software is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
