If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Package Delivery Associate.As a Package Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers' doorsteps. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all packages are delivered on time and in pristine condition. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers and represent our company in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load packages onto delivery vehicles and plan the most efficient route for delivery.
• Safely drive delivery vehicles to designated locations, following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver packages to customers' doorsteps within the designated time frame.
• Verify package contents and ensure that all packages are delivered in excellent condition.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have and providing exceptional service.
• Accurately record delivery information and maintain delivery logs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all packages are delivered on time.
• Follow company policies and procedures for package delivery and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
