About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum strategies and resources that align with the company's vision and goals. You will work closely with our product development team, subject matter experts, and educators to create effective and comprehensive curriculum materials that meet the needs of our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product development team to create and implement a long-term curriculum plan that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
• Conduct extensive research on current educational trends, standards, and practices to ensure that our curriculum remains relevant and effective.
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and teacher guides.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and validity of all curriculum content.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to existing curriculum materials to ensure that they meet the changing needs of students and educators.
• Provide training and support to teachers on the implementation of curriculum materials and strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and market curriculum materials to schools and districts.
• Attend educational conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and network with educators and experts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong understanding of educational standards, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and educators.
• Proficient in using educational technology and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Passion for education and improving student outcomes.
