Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the leasing of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and warehouses. You will work closely with property owners and tenants to secure and negotiate lease agreements, as well as develop and maintain relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential tenants for available commercial properties
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine leasing rates and trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and tenants

• Coordinate property showings and conduct property tours for prospective tenants
• Prepare and present leasing proposals and contracts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
• Valid real estate license
• Strong understanding of leasing contracts and legal regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
