Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative concepts for live shows and events
Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute show elements, including sets, lighting, sound, and special effects
Lead and manage a team of technicians, performers, and other show staff to ensure a successful production
Conduct rehearsals and provide artistic direction to performers and crew members
Create detailed show run sheets and schedules to ensure a smooth and timely show execution
Oversee the budget for each production and work within budget constraints
Continuously research and explore new technologies, techniques, and trends in show production to enhance the overall quality of our shows
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
Ensure the safety and well-being of all performers and crew members during rehearsals and shows
Travel to different locations for show productions as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in theatrical production, performing arts, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Show Director, preferably in a live entertainment industry
Proven track record of creating and executing successful live shows and events
Strong creative vision and the ability to turn ideas into reality
Extensive knowledge of technical aspects of show production, including lighting, sound, and special effects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with budget management
Willingness to travel for show productions as needed
