Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with schools and other educational institutions to promote our programs and establish partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and volunteers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage the budget for educational programs and ensure that resources are utilized efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for educational programs, including student progress and outcomes.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers and interns involved in educational programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funders and sponsors to secure funding for educational initiatives.
• Stay updated with current trends and developments in the education sector and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and program management.
• Knowledge of budget management and fundraising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
