Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating effective and engaging learning experiences for our employees and clients. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, as well as the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop high-quality training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional material for various learning platforms, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis to determine learning objectives and identify target audience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and validate accuracy.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that align with adult learning principles.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Utilize instructional design models and strategies to ensure effective learning transfer.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators on instructional design techniques and methodologies.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of training materials.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing training programs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Effectively communicate and present training materials to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
