Key Responsibilities:

Conduct various casino games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and baccarat with accuracy and efficiency
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere
Understand and follow all gaming regulations and procedures to ensure fair play and a safe environment for guests and staff
Monitor players' behavior and game play to detect any suspicious activity and report to the appropriate personnel
Handle cash and chips accurately and efficiently during game play, ensuring proper payouts and maintaining an accurate bank
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition
Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on new games and procedures
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Work collaboratively with other casino staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the company's dress code and standards of conduct

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Casino Dealer, with a strong knowledge of various table games
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a gaming license
Excellent mathematical skills, with the ability to quickly calculate payouts and maintain an accurate bank
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of guests and colleagues
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of basic computer skills and experience with electronic gaming equipment is preferred
